We have now confirmed that the dogs concerned were indeed security dogs kept on the secured part of the new development. When a similar incident happened a few weeks ago, the resident involved was assured that the dogs would in future be tethered at all times. We await an explanation as to why this hasn't happened given the obvious danger to residents.
Comer Homes has acknowledged that they are primarily responsible for the control of the dogs, rather than Helen Eames and Comer Property Management, and we have been assured that the matter will be addressed as a matter of urgency.
