To all dog owners at RCP:-

For the second time in a few weeks the blue newspaper bins behind Devonshire House and opposite JFK and Windsor Houses have been contaminated when dog-owning residents [or just one] put bags of dog faeces through the slot into the bin. 

The collectors then refuse to clear the bin as they have again today. 


It is unacceptable that the vast majority of responsible dog owners who live here are labelled by this irresponsible, misguided and uncaring behaviour. If you are that dog-owner please amend your actions and walk just a metre further into the bin area to deposit your dog's mess correctly in a very large blue bin with a black lid.
