The event saw 15 very keen tennis players turn out for a highly competitive and fun
tournament. 12
Adults and 3 children competed in a doubles round robin competition until we
had a winner. Food
and drinks were provided by Debbie Naylor and her team to whom I am very
grateful.
Approximately
25 spectators had arrived by the time the semi-final was held between Santiago,
Tony and Vanessa, with
Katy joining in to make sure the match came up to an exhibition level. This
led to a final between Tony and Santiago that Tony won narrowly.
Tony
was presented with the inaugural Comer Tennis cup and Kush with the junior cup. The
Cup will be on display in the Health Spa.shortly.
Thank
you to all those that came along and supported this event .
